सरकार नागरिकों के लिए लगातार नई-नई योजनाएं लागू कर रही है। ऐसी ही एक योजना है घरकुल योजना। इस योजना के तहत सरकार नागरिकों को घर बनाने के लिए सब्सिडी देती है।

केंद्र द्वारा निर्धारित संशोधित समय सीमा के अनुसार, राज्य सरकार को दिसंबर 2024 तक प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना-माही (PMAY-U) के तहत पूरे महाराष्ट्र में 3.75 लाख घरों का निर्माण करना है।

ये 3.75 लाख इकाइयां 2015 में राज्य के लिए स्वीकृत 15.82 लाख इकाइयों का हिस्सा हैं। इनमें से 693 लाख या 44% पूरे हो चुके हैं।

पिछली बार 2015 के लक्ष्य के अनुसार निर्माण पूरा करने की समय सीमा 2022 थी। जिसे कोविद -19 महामारी के प्रभाव को कम करने के लिए केंद्र की बोली में 2024 तक संशोधित किया गया है।

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Hindi: दोस्तों जनसख्या की दृष्टि से भारत दुनिया का फ़िलहाल दूसरा सबसे बड़ा देश है, जो कुछ ही वर्षो में पूरी दुनिया में शीर्ष पर आ जायेगा। ऐसे में भारत में बढ़ती जनसख्या दर बड़ी चिंता का विषय है। हमारे देश में अमीरी व गरीबी का अंतर भी बहुत ज्यादा है। प्रत्येक परिवार के पास रहने का घर भी नहीं है। ज्यादातर लोग जुग्गी, झोपडी में रहते है। और माध्यम वर्गीय या निम्न माध्यम वर्गीय लोगो का एक बड़ा हिस्सा किराए के मकान में अपनी पूरी जिंदगी निकाल देते है।

सरकार के नए फैसले के मुताबिक अब सरकार घरकुल योजना के लिए फंड बांटेगी। इस योजना का उद्देश्य महाराष्ट्र के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले कम आय वाले परिवारों को घर उपलब्ध कराना है।

यह योजना वर्ष 2001 में शुरू की गई थी। यह योजना बड़ी संख्या में परिवारों को बुनियादी आवास सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने में सफल रही है। इस योजना के तहत पात्र परिवारों को घर के निर्माण की कुल लागत का 75% तक सब्सिडी दी जाएगी।

इस योजना के अन्तर्गत अधिकतम अनुदान रू0 1.50 लाख है, शेष निर्माण लागत लाभार्थी द्वारा वहन की जाती है। यह योजना (घरकुल योजना) पानी की आपूर्ति, स्वच्छता और बिजली जैसी बुनियादी सुविधाओं के निर्माण के लिए प्रदान करती है। इस योजना के लाभार्थियों को उनके घरों के निर्माण के लिए तकनीकी सहायता भी दी जाती है।

महाराष्ट्रातील सरकारने शेतकऱ्यांकरिता अनेक योजना राबवल्या आहेत. त्याच पैकी एक म्हणजे प्रधानमंत्री फसल विमा योजना. सरकार या योजनेअंतर्गत पिकाचे नुकसान झालेल्या शेतकऱ्यांना विमा संरक्षण देते.

परंतु या योजनेची जागा सरकारच्या आधीच्या दोन योजनांनी घेतली आहे. या दोन योजनांपैकी पहिली राष्ट्रीय कृषी हमी योजना आहे तर दुसरी सुधारित कृषी हमी योजना अशी योजना होती. मात्र या दोन्ही योजनांमध्ये अनेक त्रुटी होत्या. लांबलचक दावा प्रक्रिया असा दोन्ही जुन्या योजनांचा सर्वात मोठा दोष होता.

यामुळे पीक निकामी झाल्याने शेतकऱ्यांना जुन्या योजनांमध्ये अनेक अडचणींचा सामना करावं लागत होता. या कारणांमुळे प्रधानमंत्री फसल विमा योजना राबवण्याचा निर्णय सरकारने घेतला होता.

13 मे 2016 रोजी PMFBY योजना पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी सुरू केली होती. यामध्ये प्रत्येक शेतकऱ्याची आर्थिक परिस्थिती लक्षात घेऊन प्रीमियमची रक्कम खूपच कमी ठेवण्यात आली आहे. विमा प्रीमियमची रक्कम खरीपात ५% आणि रब्बीमध्ये फक्त १.५% अशी ठेवण्यात आली आहे.

केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री ने ट्वीट कर परीक्षा पास करने वाले छात्रों को बधाई दी है। स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ. एनबीईएमएस ने एक बार फिर अच्छा प्रदर्शन कर परीक्षा का आयोजन कर सफलता पूर्वक परिणाम घोषित किया है। मनसुख मंडाविया ने कहा।

इस साल नीट पीजी 2023 परीक्षा के लिए करीब 2.9 लाख छात्रों ने रजिस्ट्रेशन कराया था। NEET-PG 2023 परीक्षा 5 मार्च 2023 को आयोजित की गई थी। यह परीक्षा शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2023-24 के लिए एमडी/एमएस/डीएनबी/डिप्लोमा पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश के लिए आयोजित की गई थी।

MHT CET 2023: 12वीं बोर्ड परीक्षा के बाद शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा आयोजित एमएचटी सीईटी 2023 परीक्षा का रिजल्ट 12 जून को जारी किया जाएगा. हालांकि रिजल्ट 12 जून को आएगा, लेकिन इससे पहले छात्रों को इस प्रवेश प्रक्रिया के लिए जून के पहले सप्ताह में ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण करना होगा और जून के पहले सप्ताह में सीईटी सेल से ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण की प्रक्रिया शुरू की जाएगी.

एमएचटी सीईटी का आयोजन स्टेट एंट्रेंस एग्जामिनेशन सेल (सीईटी सेल) द्वारा 9 से 21 मई तक किया गया था। फिजिक्स, केमिस्ट्री, मैथ्स ग्रुप (पीसीएम) की परीक्षा 9 मई से 13 मई तक आयोजित की गई थी। फिजिक्स, केमिस्ट्री, बायोलॉजी ग्रुप (पीसीबी) परीक्षा 15 मई से 20 मई तक आयोजित की गई थी। पीसीएम और पीसीबी की परीक्षा दो सेशन में हुई। पहले सत्र की परीक्षा सुबह 9 बजे से दोपहर 12 बजे तक और दूसरे सत्र की परीक्षा दोपहर 2 बजे से शाम 5 बजे तक हुई।

छात्र परिणामों पर ध्यान केंद्रित करते हैं

राज्य बोर्ड ने हाल ही में 12वीं का रिजल्ट घोषित किया था। इसलिए, छात्र अब पेशेवर और गैर-पेशेवर डिग्री पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश की तलाश कर रहे हैं। इस साल 6 लाख 36 हजार 89 छात्रों ने एमएचटी सीईटी परीक्षा के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन कराया था। इंजीनियरिंग, फार्मेसी, कृषि पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश के लिए सीईटी देने वाले छात्रों का ध्यान सीईटी परिणाम की ओर हो गया है।

तसेच महाराष्ट्रात पेट्रोल 41 पैशांनी वाढून 106.85 रुपये तर डिझेल 93.35 रुपयांवर पोहोचले आहे. पंजाब, उत्तर प्रदेश आणि गुजरातमध्ये किरकोळ विक्रीचे दर वाढले असताना पेट्रोल आणि डिझेलचे दर वाढले आहेत.
